    Pure Wellness of Middletown opened in April 2018 off Route 301 South on Ash Boulevard. The clinic specializes in chiropractic care, massage therapy, and injury rehabilitation — including auto accidents, work injuries, and everyday spinal pain.

    Dr. Todd Richardson is known across Delaware for personal-injury and rehabilitation work, including whiplash and extremity complaints. Dr. Ken Decker also sees patients here, connecting Middletown to the longer Pure Wellness history in Smyrna.

    Growing Middletown means more commuting, more youth sports, and more desk-from-home necks. This office is built for that load.

    We are at 708 Ash Boulevard in Middletown, just off Route 301 South near Middletown-Warwick Road. This is not the Newark office and not a suite inside a hospital.

    Park in the lot beside the building. First visits run 60–90 minutes. Townsend, Odessa, and St. Georges patients should book here instead of driving to Stanton Christiana.
